Good to know
In the following, we have compiled some helpful information for you to note prior to your visit.
Do I need to pre-book an entrance ticket?
You do not need to pre-book an entrance ticket to visit us during regular opening hours. If you are a large group of over 20 persons, however, we would appreciate if you pre-book your visit. Large groups can pre-book visits for any day of the week. Call us on +46 (0)454 56 39 50 to book your group visit. Pre-booked school classes, groups and conference guests are welcome by appointment on all days.
How much time should I set aside for the visit?
A lot of people wonder how long it takes to see everything at Kreativum. We recommend that you set a day aside and take the time to discover everything. Our annual pass holders often choose to visit several times and try out different types of activities each time.
There is plenty to try at Kreativum for all ages, including everything from tricky puzzles to solve to having a goalie match. Younger children can have lots of fun in our building corners, on our boats and exploring the maze. A lot of the stations are suited for teamwork, and most of them are appropriate for children and grown-ups alike. You must be 12 or above to visit us on your own without an adult (18+) accompanying you.
Shop and café
It is possible to visit our shop and café without buying an entrance ticket.
You are welcome to bring your own packed lunch, which you can enjoy in the lunch room on the lower floor. During the summer, you are also welcome to enjoy your packed lunch outdoors in our park, Kreapark.
There is plenty of free parking available at Kreativum.
Dogs and other pets
No pets except guide/assistance dogs are permitted inside Kreativum.
Our café offers a mini-buffet of pancakes, sausages, salads, baguettes, coffee, pastries and ice cream. Special dietary requirements?
Please contact us before your visit. Our café can be reached at +46 (0)454 56 39 57.
Strollers and changing tables
You are welcome to bring a stroller into Kreativum. It can be difficult to find room for a stroller in the café, but seating is also available around the waterpark. Elevators/lifts are also available. Unfortunately, there is no elevator/lift to the exit to the park, but we are happy to open the gate and guide you to a walkway around the building. Changing tables can be found on the lower floor behind the reception.
Toilets are located in several places around the center, both on the upper and lower floors. Disabled toilets are available on both floors.
Small lockers can be found in the cloakroom.
Lost and forgotten items
Lost or left something behind during your visit? We store all lost & found items for three months. Valuable items are handed over to the police in Karlshamn as soon as possible. We would be happy to post your lost/forgotten items to you by cash on delivery.
Call our reception on +46 (0)454 56 39 50.
If your child gets lost/separated from you
We recommend that you agree in advance where to meet if you get separated. The balloon at the entrance is usually a good spot. If you need help contacting parents or a child who has gotten lost, let the reception staff know and they will help.
Safety and age limits
Almost everything in Kreativum is suitable for visitors of all ages, but we do set an age or height limit for a few activities. For example, you need to be a certain height to safely use the crash box. You must be 12 or above to visit us on your own without an adult (18+) accompanying you.
